Hi everyone, Ariana here! Just your friendly neighborhood licensed massage therapist working in the Omaha area. I started my massage therapy journey at the Omaha School of Massage Therapy, where I earned my license and learned the foundation of massage therapy. Since that time I have utilized my educators, peers and continuing education to expand on that foundation. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Active Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching and TMJD work. Like many, I found my passion almost by chance, but fell in love and I am here to stay. Coming from a restaurant family, I have always known hospitality and endeavored to help those around me, either through snacks, compassion or just an ear to listen. Massage therapy gave me the tools to not only help others, but to improve upon their lives. Creating access to change through decreased pain, increased range of motion and overall mobility.
